Difference between C/ Z type interchangeable roll forming machine
Today I will introduce two kinds of C/ Z type interchangeable roll forming machine with different price and technical parameter.High specification c/ zinterchangable roll forming machine
Roller shaft diameter: 90 mm
Frame: Iron vertical arch structure (thickness: 50 mm)
Advantage:
1.Convenience when interchanging between C & Z, just need turn two spanner that will save your time and improve the working efficiency.
2. The hardness of rollers can reach to 55-58 , normaly the roller hardness just about 30.
Disadvantage:
The machine is in high cost level and it is a high weight machine.
