Floor Deck Roll Forming Machine Test
We finished a full set of floor deck roll forming machine production line for the customer last week.
And arranged the inspection in June ,25, 2019 by provide some video and picture to our customer.
This machine is formed with high quality rolling spacer , roller , chains and hydraulic system.
Also the cutter is designed as a "catling" .
What's advantage of "catling" ?
Because of the model and thinckness of floor deck , catling is more better for it .
It can ensure that the brim are perfectly be cut but with a little scrap .

Of course, not all machine are the catling .We will based on the profile drawing you provide to design every part of machine.
