New design corrugated roof sheet roll forming machine ready to make test

Today we completed one set corrugated sheet roll forming machine.

The machine is ordered by one Sudan customer 45 days ago.

According to customer's situation, we finally provide machine for some specific machine design.
Now let me tell you the specific machine design

1. 5 Tons hydraulic decoiler, the hydraulic decoiler can turn forward and backward automatically by PLC system control.
So that is high work efficiency and convenience operate.

2. The machine structure is vertical arch iron frame structure, that is more stronger than normal type machine structure.
The transmission is gear box, it is more burliness than chains drive. And make sure the machine can running very stable in a high speed.

3. The hydraulic cutting system is no stopping tracking cutting, add servo motor to ensure stable cutting.
So the machine speed can reach max 30m/min.

4. Stacker can work automatically, it has some arms to collect the roof sheet and put it down, and then the transmission can send roof sheets to one side.
That is very convenience to packing.
