Recently, one set trapezoid roof sheet roll forming machine made for an India customer is completed.

As the agreement confirmed with customer,this machine use separate roll forming design.

The advantage is the roof sheet have better roll forming effect.

The disadvantage is the roller stations is more so need more space. Certainly, the machine price will higher.

For the working speed of this machine, can reach 25m/min, the structure is vertical arch iron frame.

This kind of structure can ensure the machine is stable when running in high speed.
