The advantage of roof sheet
The roof sheet is used for house, office, workshop and other such kind of buildings.
The roof sheet is made by the roof profile roll forming machine, it's the cold roll formed.
This kind of sheet is mostly used for roofing, the importance in the actual use is that the sheet can not leak water, especially when it is raining.
One of our design concept is to make a groove on the wave.
The groove can prevent the water leak when overlapping in actual use.

This profile drawing is one of the regular types for India market.
The mother coil width is 1220mm, overall width is 1060mm and the effective width is 1000mm.
It's 6 waves totally and constant wave distace like 200mm.
Meanwhile, the mother coil width can be 1440mm and 1450mm.
All of it can be done on one machine.
