Hydraulic decoiler for roll forming machine

The hydraulic decoiler has two functions. One is to uncoiling the coil and drive the coil turn forwards and backwards. Another is to control the metal sheet coil to shrink and expand.

According to the loading capacity, the decoiler can devide into 5 Tons,8 Tons, 10 Tons.

According to the structure, can devide into horizontal decoiler and vertical decoiler.

About the loading car

There are many choice for the loading car.

 

"X" type loading car:

This kind of loading car can rise to a more higher level, it has less request for the ground. But the steady is weakness.

Pillar type cylinder loading car:

It put a oil cylinder inside, has highly steady level. But not very easy when encasement.

The decoiler finds application in various industries. In our factory, decoiler always be used before roll forming machine to uncoiling the coil and feeding the material into main roll former.
