The advantages of chain drive

Chain drive is an important method in designing all kinds of roll forming machines. According to our experience, most customers will choose this drive method.
There are some advantages of chain drive:
1. No loss during sliding, transmission efficiency can reach 98%-99%.  
2. More than 4 transmission ratio, applicable to Multi-Axis Drive (General drive shaft number) and two-way transmission, the method is relatively simple and convenient
3. can work under high temperature or other harsh conditions (under the influence of weather conditions)
4. can be at low speed to high-power, without initial tension transmission, less pressure shaft and bearing
5. compact structure, Transmission power is the same, the overall size is called Belt drive Small
6. the application chain of different types of specifications (optional increase or decrease the number of chain to adjust the length),
7. a variety of special links to the chain can be configured into a variety of chain conveyor

Now we have two designs about chain drive.One is inside of the machine, the other is outside.If the chain inside,it will be more safe.But at the same time ,when some problem appears, it is a little difficult to maintain.
