The forming main engine drive motor is generally asynchronous motor.

2. By adjusting the position of the mold and cutting position or direct processing to ensure that this method is simple and direct, high precision, the disadvantage is the equipment investment and mold cost high, the length of the production line is longer.Often used in the production of products with high accuracy requirements, conventional feeding is difficult to ensure precision.

3, with the move off mode
1 servo tracking cut off mode: Often used in molding faster, demanding high production efficiency of the production of products, such as stud track, cz purlin, high-speed guardrail and other products.
(1) Servo tracking fixed-length cutting mode: The forming host is running at a uniform speed, the cutter is waiting at the origin position, the servo motor according to the Rotary encoder installed in the forming machine, reading the velocity and position signal of the forming machine running, when the position signal arrives, the shearing frame starts, the servo motor drives the cutter to do the tracking mode, Start shearing when the servo speed is consistent with the work piece speed.
This model is related to the design precision of servo-tracking shears, when the machining precision of the frame in the servo-tracking shearing frame and the selection of the linear Guide and the ball screw are reasonable, the accuracy of the fixed-length ±1mm can be achieved and the repetition precision is 0.1 mm.

 (2)Oblique Cutting mode: The machine is running at a uniform speed, through the sensor or rotary encoder to measure the cut-off position, cut off the signal to arrive, start the oblique cut with the moving cutter down, back to the cylinder degassing, plate through the cutting edge, driving the entire mold movement, execution cut off, cut complete, the return cylinder will mold back to the original point of position, Wait for the next cut.
