The 60 27 28 CW UW ceiling system rolling making machine has two production line.
The left side produce 60*27, right side produce 27*28. The finished product can be combined together to use on the ceiling system.
Both two production lines use one machine structurer, and have two hydraulic system, two PLC control system to ensure the two lines can be running at the same time.

We use double head manual decoiler, each head has 1.5 Tons loading capacity.
The decoiler structurer is stable and strong, easy operate and easy loading the coil.
And have break system to better control the decoiler stopping.

Our machine use iron casting vertical frame to ensure when the machine running in a high speed will very stable.
In the cutting system, each production has a servo motor to make ensure the cutting system is stable running in high speed.
We connect the hydraulic oil pump station and PLC control box under the machine structurer to save space.
And after you received the machine, no need to connect the wires. Just need to connect the main electric power.
The hydraulic oil pump station has cooling system to make sure the hydraulic oil always in a certain temperture.
